Originally introduced in 1984 to mark Breitling’s centenary, this timepiece takes inspiration from the 1980s Chronomat created for elite aerobatic squadrons. Its bold aesthetic is defined by ceramic inserts on the bezel, chronograph pushers, and crown, complemented by a Rouleaux-inspired rubber strap.

Encased in a 44mm stainless steel and 18K red gold case, this Super Chronomat features a unidirectional ratcheted rotating bezel and a sapphire crystal caseback. The vibrant green dial, protected by sapphire crystal, is equipped with three chronograph sub-dials, a date display, and a tachymeter scale for measuring speed over a fixed distance. Powered by the Breitling 01 calibre self-winding mechanical movement, this timepiece offers a 70-hour power reserve and water resistance up to 20 bar (200 metres).
