We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders. For security, all deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival.
How do I return or exchange a purchase?
Items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt.
Do you offer professional jewelry appraisals?
Yes, Hamilton Jewelers provides comprehensive appraisal services by GIA-certified gemologists for insurance, estate, or retail replacement purposes.
Can I have my jewelry resized or repaired?
Our master jewelers offer a full suite of repair services, including ring resizing, stone tightening, and watch maintenance, both in-store and through our mail-in service.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
We are committed to ethical sourcing. All of our diamonds are conflict-free and comply with the Kimberley Process and Responsible Jewellery Council standards.
Do you provide custom design services?
